As a brand new and almost published author, I am thrilled to launch my website. My first two books will soon be in print from Genesis Press. My first book, Fractured, will be released in December, 2011. With degenerates and misfits as her family lineage, and an ethnicity that rivals the United Nations, Detective Isabella Sanchez has spent her life dismissing any sense of family or identity. Now, she has no choice but to confront her demons and explore her past regardless of the consequences. With an ex-lover as a reluctant ally, she discovers not everything in life is black and white.
My next book, Mama Said . . ., a modern day version of Beauty and the Beast, will be out in April, 2012. I, Gabriella Santos, know my limitations. I know what I can do well - sing the blues, shop till I drop, properly accessorize and flirt like nobody's business. The list of what I can't do is long. I'm embarrassed to admit my irresponsibility is legendary. So why am I running down a dark Chicago alley trying to save the life of a six-foot-four-inch beaten-to-a-pulp and half-way dead guy? I am so not cut out for this kind of stuff. Unfortunately, he has no option but to believe I can save him. Boy is he in trouble.
